about

Katherine Espano is the author of THE SKY'S DUSTBIN, a poetry collection, and THE INFINITY BLOOM, a novel. Her poems and short stories have appeared in literary magazines such as The Massachusetts Review, Lake Effect, Green Mountains Review, Spoon River Poetry Review, Sycamore Review, Jabberwock Review, and Karamu, among others. THE SKY'S DUSTBIN won the 2014 Bitter Oleander Press Library of Poetry Book Award, and one of her poems was nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She is also an artist in the We Are You Project, an organization dedicated to exploring Latino identity. She graduated with a BA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA from the University of Florida. She lives in Florida with her husband and two children.
